Terpenes

For those of you for whom this is a new term/ like for older weed consumers from the 60s to the 90s lol 4 me too  We are familiar with terms like THC (TetraHydroCannabinol) and have now learned ... to be accustomed to CBD (CannaBiDiol) where THC is supposed to be the one that is psychoactive and ... CBD is supposed to be more medicinal ... Lately we have also been exposed to other phytocannabinoids like CBG and CBN ... However, the subject matter here is to show that we are getting away from so much talk about "sativas", indicas and ... even THC content ... For me ... terpenes are responsible for smell, taste and so many other factors internally ... In cannabis the most common terpenes are caryophyllene, myrcene, pinene, limonene, terpinolene . Other less common ones in cannabis are linalool, humulene and ocimene ... DON'T get overwhelmed with the terminology - will bring things down to a simpler level now ! Terpenes are said to enhance or mitigate the cannabinoids like ...

AVB

For those of you for whom this is a new term/shortform ...      AVB = Already Vaped Bud   Obviously ... this is what comes out of your herb vape ... after you have "consumed" your herb to completion Clique the Pic 😛               ...... Those are the colours of the rainbow ... IF one intends to consume the AVB ... medium roast is advised Iffen/when you combust by accident please toss your AVB 😳 Once you have accumulated some AVB, now what does one do with it ? The simplest thing to do = EAT IT straight up :-) I have put some on a teaspoon with salt and had PB sandwiches For many people this looks "gross" and some may not like the taste ... ...you can remove some taste from AVB with water treatment (more on that later) How much AVB to eat straight up ?? Will start with the saying ... "start low and go slow !!" Yes, some calculations will be required ... My weed is mostly "sativa"/head banger with ~23% THC average Vaping ...

Legal Cannabis Growers

There are weed growers and there are legal packaging companies ... It seems there are different "licenses" for each activity ... Some people have said that BleuH does NOT grow !! I have been on a tour of XK/ ExKa in St-Eustache, Quebec They grow and package for other growers Will do a post on that tour later ... I tried to watch a video about Pistol & Paris It was all about the money = being cool with sport cars n helicopters You do that and I refuse to buy your weed man !! Micro-Dosing

" Micro-dosing " seems to be a trend and a word batted around quite a bit these days .. It is applied towards LSD, psilocybin/ magic mushrooms and cannabis/ weed ... (and perhaps other substances that I am not aware are being micro-dosed) As the word implies, it is a small dosage sometimes "applied" multiple times in a day. Before we look at quantities,  let's look at the WHY ... In my case, I am a cannabis user who believes he is micro-dosing ... If I consume too much cannabis I can "green out" or become lethargic ... For me, a little bit goes a long way ... reduces inflammation & pain, energizes and feels good Some get anxiety with weed, but when they consume just a little "indica" they love it (Indica is a term used less often these days and I use it to refer to body stone) For me cannabis/weed is all about the THC/TetraHydroCannibol and NOT about   CBD/CannaBiDiol or other cannabanoids. Before starting, I MUST mention that cannabis is VERY personal ... Ironically, that applies to ALL aspects ... cost, smell, taste, buzz, tools, etc...                   Yes, we are in Canada, North America where recreational cannabis has been legal since Oct 2018. NOT sure when medical cannabis was "accepted". I have been purchasing and documenting SQDC cannabis since then ...
